Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Pune. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and providing information about the company's real estate services. Daily tasks will include maintaining client databases, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Telecaller will also be responsible for addressing client inquiries and assisting with the sales process to ensure a smooth experience for the clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in making outbound calls and lead generation
- Sales skills and ability to meet targets
- Customer service skills and experience in handling client inquiries
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
