Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Nagpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing information about products or services. The role also includes maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up with potential and existing customers, and achieving set targets. The Telecaller will ensure effective communication and strive to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone demeanor
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office tools and software
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or related fields is advantageous
- Fluency in regional languages and English is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to meet performance targets
