Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and stakeholders in the automobile sector
• Lead and guide a sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand client base
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries or complaints effectively
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
• Train and mentor team members to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement
