Job Description
We are hiring energetic and target-driven Telecallers for our BPO team. The role involves handling customer calls, explaining services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Explain products/services and close sales
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Follow up on leads and maintain records
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi English)
- Telesales experience preferred for higher salary
- Freshers can also apply
