Inside Sales (Voice Process) - Mumbai (Marathi Focus)

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of direct Sales experience for a Work-From-Office role in Mumbai.

Role Summary

This is a critical Marathi Voice Process role focused on converting customers who have successfully completed a 6-month free trial of our product into paid subscribers. Your primary goal is sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Conversion & Sales: Proactively contact existing customers whose 6-month product trial is ending.
  • Consultative Sales: Engage with customers, understand their satisfaction levels, and effectively convince them to purchase a full subscription based on their positive product experience.
  • Sales Outreach: Manage a high volume of calls to remind and request subscription purchases, meeting aggressive conversion targets.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships while driving the sales process.
  • Communication: Conduct all primary communication in Marathi and Hindi.

Qualifications

Experience: MANDATORY minimum 6 months of dedicated Telesales or Direct Sales experience. Experience in a relevant voice process is a plus.

Education: Minimum 12th-grade education (HSC or equivalent).

Language: Mandatory fluency in Marathi (speaking and understanding) is required for the voice process. Fluency in Hindi is also required. Basic understanding of English is necessary.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
