Role & responsibilities
- Work on interested leads provided by the company (no cold calling)
- Call customers, understand their insurance requirements, and offer suitable solutions
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Maintain customer follow-ups and ensure end-to-end closure
- Achieve daily/monthly sales and revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sale
- Maintain records and update CRM regularly
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Language:Marathi mandatory
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
