The TeleCaller will play a key communication role in connecting with potential and existing clients for Savanna HR. Key responsibilities include handling outbound and inbound calls, pitching services to prospective clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining detailed call logs. The role also involves following up on leads, gathering client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure success. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and/or other regional languages.
• Ability to manage and maintain professional client relationships and handle inquiries effectively.
• Time management and multitasking abilities to ensure efficient handling of calls and documentation.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and data entry tools.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to adapt to varying client needs and situations.
• Relevant experience or education in sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
