Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Dra Collection Telecaller. The primary responsibilities include contacting customers for loan and dues recovery, managing and resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records of conversations, and updating payment status. The role involves handling calls in multiple languages depending on the customer base, ensuring adherence to company policies, and achieving designated performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in one or more of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, Malayalam
- Effective negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with proficiency in customer engagement
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain accurate records
- Prior experience in banking or collections is advantageous but not mandatory
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working on-site on a full-time basis
