Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students/parents to promote and explain our online learning programs.
- Understand the learners needs and recommend the right course offerings.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Record call outcomes and maintain updated lead status in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure conversions.
- Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:Graduation (Any stream) is mandatory.
- Experience:01 year (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle call logs or CRM tools.
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.
