Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by promoting residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into site visits/leads
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
- Maintain and update client database (CRM)
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling (real estate preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi (Bengali is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Comfortable with MS Excel and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in lead generation or customer handling
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
