We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Handling customer inquiries and providing information about products/services
• Maintaining and updating customer databases
• Achieving monthly sales targets
• Collaborating with the sales team to improve customer engagement
• Preparing daily and weekly reports on call activities

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
• Strong listening skills and empathy towards customer needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
