We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Handling customer inquiries and providing information about products/services
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Collaborating with the sales team to improve customer engagement
- Preparing daily and weekly reports on call activities
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Strong listening skills and empathy towards customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
