Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller position located in Nehru Place, New Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to clients, providing information about the company's products or services, addressing customer queries, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers. Additional duties include updating customer records, following up on customer inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and customers.
• Proficiency in customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with data entry and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain accurate records systematically.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and ability to work effectively in an office environment.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of other regional languages is an asset.
• Previous experience in a telecalling or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
