Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, addressing inquiries, and assisting with problem resolution. The role also involves maintaining accurate call records, following up with leads, and effectively communicating with customers to build relationships and meet target objectives. Collaboration with internal teams may also be required to share feedback and improve customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in verbal communication, customer interaction, and active listening
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections and promote products or services
- Strong organizational skills to maintain call logs and follow-up schedules effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns or questions
- Familiarity with CRM software or telecommunication tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while meeting targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in marketing or business communication is advantageous
