Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain and update customer database accurately.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products or services.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
