As a fast-growing D2C brand, conversations with customers play a huge role in how we grow and that's where you come in.
What You'll Do- Call customers who've already shown interest: abandoned carts, inbound queries, website leads, and repeat customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
- Convert conversations into orders with a helpful, non-pushy approach.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain follow-ups and update customer details in the CRM.
- Share common objections and feedback with the team to improve sales scripts and processes.
You're the Right Fit If You- Are a fresher looking to start a career in salesor have experience as a telecaller / inside sales executive.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Hindi.
- Are comfortable speaking to customers over calls.
- Are eager to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Are target-oriented while remaining customer-first.
- Have basic computer knowledge and are willing to learn CRM tools.
