Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and student-friendly telecaller to support the university's admissions and outreach process. The role involves interacting with prospective students, providing course information, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in university programs
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and fees
  • Provide accurate information about academic programs, campus facilities, and career opportunities
  • Follow up with leads via calls, SMS, or email to encourage application completion
  • Maintain and update student databases and CRM systems
  • Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, or virtual meetings
  • Assist the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets
  • Address student queries and escalate complex issues when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language
  • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
  • Ability to explain academic programs clearly and persuasively
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Positive attitude and ability to engage with students and parents

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum: Graduate (preferred in any discipline)
  • Experience in telecalling, admissions counseling, or customer service is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
