Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and student-friendly telecaller to support the university's admissions and outreach process. The role involves interacting with prospective students, providing course information, and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in university programs
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and fees
- Provide accurate information about academic programs, campus facilities, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads via calls, SMS, or email to encourage application completion
- Maintain and update student databases and CRM systems
- Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, or virtual meetings
- Assist the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets
- Address student queries and escalate complex issues when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
- Ability to explain academic programs clearly and persuasively
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and ability to engage with students and parents
Education & Experience:
- Minimum: Graduate (preferred in any discipline)
- Experience in telecalling, admissions counseling, or customer service is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
