Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
