Description
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling and will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the database.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback on customer experiences and suggest improvements for service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
