Job Description

Eligibility & Skills
  • 01 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (freshers can apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
  • Ability to work with daily calling targets.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the eCommerce domain.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound customer queries related to products, orders, pricing, and offers.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions clearly.
  • Assist customers in order placement and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM or internal systems.
  • Follow up on leads to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution.
  • Maintain professional communication and a customer-friendly approach at all times.
