We are seeking a full-time Telecaller to join our dynamic team at our Noida office. The selected candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with clients to provide information about our services, address queries, and schedule appointments. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, following up with potential leads, and building strong client relationships. As a key communication link, the Telecaller will ensure exceptional customer service and represent the company values in client interactions.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly
• Experience in lead prospecting, client engagement, and relationship management
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills for addressing client concerns
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Highly motivated with a customer-oriented mindset
• Prior experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
