About the Role:Future Guidance is looking for a passionate and dedicated Marathi Educational Counselor to guide students in making informed career and academic decisions. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi and have strong communication and counseling skills to support students across various educational pathways.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide career counseling and academic guidance to students in Marathi
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses, colleges, and career options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
- Maintain student records and follow up regularly
- Assist students throughout the admission process
- Stay updated with current education trends, courses, and entrance exams
Requirements:- Fluency in Marathi (mandatory) and basic English/Hindi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education sector preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Must have a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connection
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
