Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in New Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with potential students and their families, providing detailed information about study programs, admission processes, and requirements. The role involves making outbound calls, addressing queries, maintaining a database of contacts, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of handling computer systems, proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet targets
• Customer service orientation and professional phone etiquette
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or related roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
