Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers, promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to customers
- Explain products or services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales (as applicable)
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections politely
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills in required language(s)
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Customer-focused and positive attitude
Experience
- Fresher or 02 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Training will be provided for freshers
