  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries effectively.

  • Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
  • Provide feedback to the management on customer trends and needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
