Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Telecaller located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will interact with customers via telephone to provide information, address inquiries, and promote products and services. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, maintaining accurate records of conversations, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with the sales and support teams to drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency to manage CRM tools and input data effectively
  • Experience in sales, telesales, or telecommunication will be an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle objections calmly and professionally
  • Proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving targets
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role is a plus
