Job Description
We are hiring a Telecalling Intern to support our customer and worker outreach, onboarding, and app awareness. The role includes calling users, explaining app features, and assisting them with basic queries.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to workers and contractors.
Explain Digital Labour Chowk services and guide them on app usage. Handle inbound queries politely and clearly.
Maintain call records using CRM and Google Sheets.
Follow up with users when needed.
Provide basic customer support and help users complete registration.
Requirements:-
Minimum 12th pass.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
No prior experience required training will be provided.
Must be living near Patna or able to commute easily.
Stipend/Salary: 8,000 10,000 (based on interview)
