Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Tumsar. The Telecaller will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling to manage customer communication, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain accurate records of interactions and payments. Daily tasks include negotiating repayment plans, persuading customers for repayment, delivering excellent customer service, and reporting updates to the management team. This role requires strong communication skills and effective coordination to achieve recovery objectives and maintain positive client relations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Skills in negotiation, problem solving, and customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and record-keeping software.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and achieve targets in a goal-oriented environment.
- English, Hindi, and local language fluency is preferred.
- Previous experience in debt collection, telecalling, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum qualification required: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is an advantage.
