Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Pune. The Telecaller will handle daily tasks such as reaching out to potential clients, providing information about CPO Assist's services, and responding to customer inquiries. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and customer feedback, setting up appointments, assisting with lead generation efforts, and following up on leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Customer relationship building and client handling capabilities
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in data entry and CRM tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus
  • Proficient in handling calls in English, and knowledge of local languages is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or related fields are an asset
