Telecaller Executive

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Telecaller Executive. As a Telecaller Executive, your primary responsibilities include reaching out to prospective and existing customers, providing product and service information, addressing inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate call records. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective communication and building positive customer relationships. Additionally, you will continuously update your knowledge about the company's offerings to provide the best solutions to clients.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to effectively describe products and services and address customer questions
• Experience in customer relationship management and lead generation
• Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and problem-solving
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and local languages will be an advantage
• Post-secondary education or relevant certification is preferred
