Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs, customer data, and follow-up details.
- Build rapport and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth lead processing.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in (mention languages).
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow scripts when required.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM entry, spreadsheets, etc.).
