Position: Customer Support Associate (Blended - Chat & Email)

Salary: 28,000 CTC per month
Working Days: 5 days working
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
Transportation: Cab provided during odd hours
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Customer Support Associate will handle customer interactions through chat and email, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer's first mindset.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond promptly to customer queries via chat and email.
• Provide accurate solutions and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in the internal system.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate guidance or information.
• Escalate complex queries to the respective departments when needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards.
• Follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Problem solving attitude with a customer centric approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
