This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCaller based in Pune Division. The TeleCaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, providing detailed information about the company's services, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include following up with leads, identifying customer needs, maintaining client records, and ensuring satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information. The role also requires effective communication to promote our consultancy services and build positive client relationships.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Ability to engage and build rapport with prospective clients over the phone
• Organizational and record-keeping skills for managing client data
• Basic understanding of government schemes, financial services, or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• A positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in local languages and English is an advantage
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
