Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact for high-value customers, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Handle account inquiries, initiate payment investigations, fee reversals, and process maintenance/fulfillment requests.
  • Execute banking transactions efficiently while ensuring adherence to all internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to resolve escalated issues and follow up on outstanding service tickets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing their current needs and anticipating future requirements.
  • Educate customers about new and existing financial products and services that align with their personal goals.
  • Refer qualified opportunities to Relationship Managers or Managing Directors for additional services and financial planning.
  • Stay updated on financial product offerings and proactively participate in service training.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives, including post-service surveys and loyalty programs.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM and banking systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer service, private banking, or financial services support role.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, CRM tools, and account servicing platforms.
  • Experience handling high-net-worth (HNW) clients is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
