Role Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will collaborate with potential clients to understand their property needs, provide detailed information about properties, and facilitate property viewings. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in market analysis and work toward achieving sales targets while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate regulations and practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
  • Proven track record in Sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of current real estate trends
  • Experience in the local Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage
