Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and maintaining accurate call records. The role will also involve resolving customer concerns, following up on potential leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The Telecaller will play an integral role in supporting the company's customer engagement and sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining detailed records
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
