This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, explaining services, maintaining client records, and handling inquiries. The role includes building positive relationships with clients, managing follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and support.

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and local languages
• Proficiency in customer engagement and relationship management
• Ability to make outbound calls, promote services, and manage inquiries
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle client data securely
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently on-site
