This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Madurai. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with customers over calls to provide information on services and offerings, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining records of customer interactions and feedback, following up on leads, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure targets are met.

• Proficiency in verbal communication and active listening skills
• Customer service orientation and ability to manage customer inquiries effectively
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call center software is desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an added advantage
• Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in Tamil is required, and knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
