Sales Telecaller

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Telecaller. The Sales Telecaller will be tasked with initiating and receiving calls to promote the company's products and services, responding to customer inquiries, and providing detailed product information. Maintaining a high level of customer service, keeping accurate call records, and following up on leads to secure sales will also be key responsibilities. Collaboration with the sales team to meet targets and deliver a seamless customer experience is a critical part of this role.

• Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and providing product information
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM tools
• Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred
• Knowledge of motion sensor, occupancy sensor, or related products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a goal-oriented mindset
