Telecaller

This is a full-time on-site Caller role based in Ahmedabad. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone to convey information about Arowa WebTech's services, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing professional relationships. The Caller will also maintain records of customer interactions, follow up effectively, and coordinate with other departments as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve team objectives.

• Strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and ability to engage professionally over phone calls
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Branding to effectively convey the company's services
• Proficiency in maintaining records of client interactions and handling confidential information
• Customer service orientation and an ability to resolve queries or provide guidance effectively
• Organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of calls
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills is an advantage
• Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages (Gujarati preferred for the Ahmedabad location)
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus
