About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and articulate Customer Service Executive to join our team. This is an in-office role for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and representing the brand with clarity and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Hindi (spoken)
• Strong communication skills with a clear command over language
• Confident in speaking with customers and handling conversations independently
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common tools like ChatGPT
Good to Have (Plus Point):
• Comfortable in front of the camera and open to participating in company videos/content
