Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Daily tasks include managing inbound inquiries, maintaining customer information, and providing excellent customer service. The Telecaller will also handle customer complaints, answer questions, and provide necessary information to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills for managing customer information and inquiries
- Experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle complaints efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephonic systems is beneficial
