Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Thane. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound calls, providing information about services, addressing queries, and maintaining detailed call logs. The role also includes following up on leads, building customer rapport, and achieving daily call targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with telecommunication tools
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is a plus
