Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position at our Kamthi office. The role involves engaging with prospective clients over the phone, generating leads, and converting them into customers. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing information about our services, building customer relationships, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include managing sales pipelines and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills, including clear articulation and active listening
• Experience or aptitude in Sales and lead generation
• Ability to provide Training to clients or team members as required
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• A strong sense of professionalism and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
