We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive fluent in German to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to drive sales. This role requires a strong sales mindset and the ability to communicate effectively in both German and English.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound tele sales calls to potential customers in German-speaking markets.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
2-5 years of experience in tele sales or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
