Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, pitch our products, and close sales over the phone through Video calls as well as to take the interested clients / customers to discovery calls . This role requires strong communication, persuasive skills, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling outbound sales calls, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound sales calls to potential SME/B2B/ Franchise customers.
  2. Understand customer needs and effectively pitch Cafe Desire's products.
  3. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to convert leads into sales.
  4. Follow up with interested prospects and handle sales objections professionally.
  5. Maintain a detailed database of calls, leads, and conversions.
  6. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  9. Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.
  10. Provide feedback to the team for continuous sales process improvement.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in telesales or B2C sales).
  2. Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.
  3. Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  4. Confidence in closing deals over the phone/ video call OR to move to Inside sales for demo.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining lead records.
  6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Prior experience in SME sales, B2B sales, consumer appliances or FMCG sales is a plus.
