Role Overview

We are hiring Business Development Executives who will connect with potential clients, understand their financial concerns, and guide them toward suitable debt settlement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Make outbound calls to potential clients

·       Explain company services in a clear and simple manner

·       Follow up on leads and convert them into clients

·       Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction

·       Coordinate with legal and finance teams for accurate solutions

·       Update daily activity in CRM

Candidate Requirements

BBA, MBA, B.Com, Ba any graduation completed fresher or experienced

·       Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English)

·       Comfortable with sales and target-driven environment

·       Confident in handling objections and rejections

·       Basic computer knowledge and MS Office

·       Must own a laptop
