Job Summary
Star Worldwide Group is expanding into a dedicated Exhibitions & Events (E&E) vertical, and we are seeking confident, energetic, and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to drive business growth within this segment.
The role involves engaging with exhibitors, event organizers, and corporate clients, generating leads through outbound calling, converting prospects into confirmed bookings, and contributing to the commercial success of exhibitions and event projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Proactively connect with warm and cold leads through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Identify potential clients including:
- Exhibitors
- Event organizers
- Corporate brands and partners
- Promote company's Exhibitions & Events offerings, including:
- Exhibition space bookings
- Event participation packages
- Value-added services
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Generate new business opportunities across PAN India markets
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable event packages and solutions
- Provide end-to-end support from initial inquiry to final booking confirmation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
3. Sales Conversion & Closure
- Present proposals, pricing, and customized event solutions to clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings within defined timelines
- Maintain strong follow-up mechanisms to improve conversion ratios
4. Coordination & Event Support
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Event Management) for:
- Event execution planning
- Client requirements and deliverables
- Support pre-event and on-ground coordination when required
- Be open to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and expos across PAN India
5. Administrative & CRM Management
- Accurately record:
- Calls, emails, and client interactions in CRM system
- Maintain updated sales pipeline and lead tracking
- Prepare and send:
- Proposals
- Contracts
- Booking confirmations
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes
6. Market Research & Business Insights
- Stay updated on:
- Industry trends in exhibitions and events
- Competitor activities and pricing
- Identify new opportunities and suggest improvements in sales strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in:
- Telesales / Inside Sales / Event Sales / Marketing
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
