Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Jodhpur, for a Tele Sales Executive. The role involves reaching out to potential clients via phone, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant financial services offered by the organization. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing product information, addressing customer queries, accurately recording customer interactions, and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including active listening and effective verbal communication
• Experience or skills in customer relationship management and customer service
• Proven ability in sales processes, including lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversions
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain accurate records
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency in local languages and a strong understanding of the regional market is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in tele sales is advantageous but not mandatory
