Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive based in Jodhpur. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products, providing detailed information about polyhouse technologies, and identifying sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team and achieving sales targets are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of telemarketing, telesales strategies, and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in making presentations and product demonstrations
- Ability to meet sales targets and adapt to diverse customer needs
- Experience in agricultural or irrigation solutions is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM software and managing customer records will be preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
