Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls

• Convert leads into OPD appointments and consultations

• Coordinate follow-ups for consultations, diagnostics, and procedures

• Support patient scheduling and doctor slot management

• Explain hospital services, departments, and consultation processes

• Maintain daily lead and call reports in CRM / Excel

• Ensure a smooth patient experience from first contact to visit

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu

• Prior experience in hospital / healthcare telecalling / diagnostics preferred

• Good follow-up and conversion skills

• Patient-friendly communication and empathy
